(Cooked) Species Identification

Qualitative determinations in cooked / canned / processed meat products, and MBM material rendered up to a maximum of 20 min, 133°C, 3 bar, wet sterilisation. Species tests: Beef, Pork, Poultry, Sheep.
(Raw) Species Identification
(ELISA <1% limit of detection, F.A.S.T <2%)
Qualitative determinations in raw meat products, milk and animal plasma processed for up to a maximum of 2-15 min at 70-100°C. Two formats: ELISA for laboratory use and F.A.S.T. for ‘on-site’ testing. Species tests: Beef, Pork, Poultry, Sheep – horse is available in F.A.S.T.
