New DIAplex multiplexed fluorescent bead-based immunoassay

The provided DIAplex Pro software is a simple-to-use tool enabling complete data analysis and sample analyte concentration determination in a matter of minutes after analysis.
DIAplex reagentpanels are available for the identification of Th1, Th2 and Inflammation-associated cytokines, allowing the quantification of multiple human cytokines in serum and culture supernatants by flow cytometry. This cost-effective, versatile system allows the simple, efficient and reliable identification of up to 10 cytokines from small sample volumes, including IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12p70, IL-17A. The reagents are provided as pre-configured panels (DIAplex Complete) providing multiplex cytokine assay sets. Alternatively, detection panels can be self-designed (DIAplex Design) for the investigation of a specific scientific area.
The fully validated Th1 / Th2 / Inflammation DIAplex panels offer a sensitive range of quantification (78 – 5000 pg/mL) and high levels of reproducibility and reliability (mean intra-assay and inter-assay CV <6%), coupled with short incubation times (180 min) and small sample volume requirements (50μL for the single measurement of 10 analytes).
