Tepnel signs two year global distribution agreement with Abcam
Tepnel Life Sciences PLC (AIM: TED), the UK-based international Molecular Diagnostics and Research Products & Services group, announced today that it has signed a two year extension to its global licensing agreement with Abcam (www.abcam.com), the world’s largest online supplier of antibody products. The agreement covers the worldwide distribution of Tepnel’s Diaclone range of diagnostic and research products and includes a guaranteed annual minimum in sales. The move strengthens Tepnel’s global reach through ongoing access to a broad and growing range of customers from both academia and industry.

The distribution partnership with Abcam is a non-exclusive agreement for sales globally. Tepnel will continue to sell direct to customers in France, UK & the USA, and through its established distributor network.
Tepnel is fully committed to the development of immunological products designed for therapy, diagnostic and research applications. The Diaclone range includes products covering the fields of cytokines, and cytokine receptors, adhesion, apoptosis and CD antigens. All Diaclone products are manufactured according to ISO9001:2000 guidelines.
