Board appointment
Tepnel Life Sciences plc (AIM: TED), the international Molecular Diagnostics and Research Products & Services group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Keith Slater, aged 33, as Group Finance Director.
Mr. Slater, ACA, joined Tepnel Life Sciences plc in October 2005 as Group Financial Controller and has been responsible for the financial and accounting affairs of Tepnel since appointment.
Prior to joining Tepnel, Mr Slater was a Senior Manager with KPMG, the international accountancy and professional services firm.
Ben Matzilevich, Tepnel’s Chief Executive Officer commented ‘On behalf of the Board of Directors I welcome Michael’s appointment to the Board as Group Finance Director and am confident of his continued success in this position.’
