DNA Sequencing

DNA sequencing is routinely undertaken for validation purposes for many of our genetic services and our team has expertise in the generation of DNA sequence data from standard and difficult templates.

DNA sequences are resolved using the latest Applied Biosystems™ 3130x1 capillary electrophoresis technology and software for accurate, reliable and quality scored base calling.  This platform is integrated into our GLP procedures and is fully IQOQ compliant.
